Godhani as Compliance Officer & Company Secretary forming part of Key Managerial Personnel as envisaged under Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 with effect from February 10, 2016 in place of Puneet M. Motwani who has expressed his willingness to resign from the services of the Company.
