Bharat Heavy Electricals (BHEL) has bagged the trophy for the ‘Top Case Study Award’ at the SCOPE International HR Summit, 2016. The company was awarded for developing and implementing an online Training Need Identification (TNI) tool across the organization. The team has also developed a mobile app for TNI - the first of its kind in industry.
