Adani Enterprises gains on incorporating WOS for coal washing

Adani Enterprises is currently trading at Rs. 60.80, up by 0.15 points or 0.25% from its previous closing of Rs. 60.65 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 60.80 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 61.10 and Rs. 60.25 respectively. So far 20,000 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 574.25 on 03-Jun-2016 and a 52 week low of Rs. 59.50 on 26-Feb-2016.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 64.00 and Rs. 59.50 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 6,670.35 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 75.00% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 13.77% and 11.23% respectively.

Adani Enterprises has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) namely, ‘Korba Clean Coal’ on February 26, 2016. The subsidiary has been incorporated to carry on the business of coal washing.

Adani Enterprises is the country’s largest coal importer-turned-domestic private mine developer-cum-operator (MDO). The company is truly a diversified asset backed commodities trader, sourcing, producing, marketing and transporting them across the globe.
