Triveni Turbine has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 15, 2016, to consider and approve declaration of 2nd Interim dividend on the equity share capital of the Company for the financial year 2015 -16 ending on March 31, 2016. Further pursuant to the SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in terms of the Company’s Code to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the Trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed with effect from March 10, 2016 till 48 hours after the outcome of Board meeting.
