Mahindra Lifespace Developers has informed that in the matter of the pending Arbitration proceedings between the Company and Rishi Gagan Trust & Others (‘the Vendors’) relating to acquisition of a property in South Mumbai, the Company has March 9, 2016 received an award copy passed by the Hon’ble Arbitral Tribunal in terms of the Consent Terms filed by the Company and the Vendors, thereby enabling the Company to proceed with the acquisition of the property and to subsequently take up the re-development of the Property on completion of all obligations by the Vendors.
