IVRCL Ltd (IVRCL) water, irrigation and buildings divisions have bagged orders worth Rs 701.49 crore, including a rural water supply project from a Tamil Nadu Government arm.  Among the order wins Rs 595.45-crore order was for providing water supply for 755 rural habitations in Virudhunagar district from river Thamirabarani. This includes maintenance for one year. It was awarded by the Tamil Nadu Water Supply and Drainage Board.

 

Other orders in the water division were for a lift water scheme from Kabini river to fill 20 tanks in Nanjangud, Chamarajanagar and Gundlupet taluks for drinking water awarded by Cauvery Neeravari Nigama Niyamitha, a Government of Karnataka undertaking. And another order was from Bihar Urban Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd.

 

The buildings division bagged orders worth Rs 106.04 crore awarded by National Buildings Construction Corporation Ltd, in Sivgangai in Tamil Nadu. It has also secured order for civil and structural works for Beneficiation Plant for NMDC Donimalai, Karnataka awarded by Hindustan Dorr-Oliver Ltd.The company will construct a training school for Atomic Minerals Directorate for Exploration and Research (AMD) at Cherlapally near Hyderabad.
