DS Kulkarni Developers has informed that pursuant to SEBIs Ad Interim Order dated March 22, 2016, SEBI had advised the Company to switchover the activities related to share transfer agent. Pursuant to which the Company has decided to terminate the services of its existing Share Transfer Agent - Sharepro Services (India) and appoint Link Intime India (Link Intime) as its new Share Transfer Agent with effect from April 15, 2016.
