Further pursuant to Regulation 9 of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the designated persons have been notified regarding the closure of the Trading Window from March 25, 2016 till - May 05, 2016 and that the Trading Window shall open on May 06, 2016 i.e. 48 hours after the financial results are made public.
