Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed for the period from April 28, 2016 to May 29, 2016. Accordingly all the directors, officers and designated employees are advised not to trade in shares of the Company during the period of closure of trading window as stated above.
