Prozone Intu Properties has acquired 100% share capital of Classique Creators (CCPL). The paid up share capital of CCPL is Rs 5 lakh divided into 2,50,000 equity shares of Rs 2 per share. CCPL has not carried out any business activities and remained inoperative/ non-functional since its incorporation.
