Taj Gvk Hotels & Resorts has informed that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 13, 2016, to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated Audited Financial Results for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2016. Further, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading as framed under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from May 05, 2016 to May 15, 2016 for the purpose of announcement of the Audited Financial results of the Company. The trading window shall open from May 16, 2016.
