Reliance Capital Asset Management (RCAP Asset Management) has acquired one lakh shares of Agro Tech Foods from the open market on April 29, 2016. Post acquisition, RCAP Asset Management’s holding in the company rose to 5.2255 per cent from 4.8151 per cent.
