Vesuvius India to delist its shares from the BSE

05 May 2016 Evaluate

Vesuvius India is planning to delist its shares from the BSE. However, the company’s stock will continue to trade on the NSE. The delisting on one exchange will end the arbitrage opportunity for traders, who benefit from the price differential at the exchanges.

The company is a world leader in the design, engineering, manufacture and delivery of refractory products, systems and services for high-technology industrial applications.
