Nila Infrastructures gains on bagging contracts worth Rs 39.88 crore from Rajasthan Govt

Nila Infrastructures is currently trading at Rs. 14.05, up by 0.03 points or 0.21% from its previous closing of Rs. 14.02 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 14.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 14.10 and Rs. 13.81 respectively. So far 38475 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 19.85 on 28-Dec-2015 and a 52 week low of Rs. 6.30 on 11-Jun-2015.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 14.45 and Rs. 13.40 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 512.76 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 59.78% while Non-Institutions held 40.22% stake in the company.

Nila Infrastructures has entered into four contracts, with Urban Improvement Trust Udaipur, Government of Rajasthan, for Construction of EWS and LIG Flats under the Chief Minister’s Jan Awas Yojana - 2015 on turnkey basis on Government land located at South Extension, Udaipur. The aggregate value of all four contracts is Rs 39.88 crore. As per the contracts, the date of commencement is May 05, 2016 and the date of completion is May 04, 2019.

Nila Infrastructures is a growing entity in the real estate and urban infrastructure space. The company has been engaged in turnkey civic infrastructure constructions, besides the development and marketing of residential real estate schemes.
