Oriental Bank of Commerce has reported results for the fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2016.

The bank has posted a net profit at Rs 21.62 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2016 as compared to net loss of Rs 178.44 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the bank has decreased by 4.68% at Rs 5451.60 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 5719.39 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2015.

For the year ended March 31, 2016, the bank has posted a fall of 68.60% in its net profit at Rs 156.08 crore as compared to Rs 497.08 crore for the same period in the previous year. Total income of bank decreased 1.17% at Rs 21824.99 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 22082.78 crore for the period ended March 31, 2015.
