Pricol Pune, a former wholly owned subsidiary of Pricol, has issued equal number of equity shares as held by Pricol to Johnson Controls Enterprise on March 26, 2012 and has become a 50:50 joint venture company (JVC) of Pricol and Johnson Controls Enterprise.

Johnson Controls Enterprise is a UK based company and a wholly owned subsidiary of Johnson Controls, Inc.

Pricol is engaged in the manufacture and export of a complete range of automotive components starting from instrument clusters, dashboard meters, fuel sensors, oil pressure switches, speedometer drive cables, fuel cut off valve, filter suction, etc.
