Nila Infrastructures has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 26, 2016, to consider and approve audited financial statements together with reports thereon for the year ended on March 31, 2016; to approve audited financial results for the quarter/ year ended on March 31, 2016; and to recommend dividend for the year ended on March 31, 2016, if any. In this regard, in accordance with the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 read with Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed, for the Directors and Designated Persons, from May 20, 2016 to May 29, 2016. The Trading Window shall reopen from May 30, 2016.
