NCC reports 49% fall in Q4 consolidated net profit

NCC has reported results for the fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2016.

The company has posted a jump of 38.22% in its net profit at Rs 70.05 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2016 as compared to Rs 50.68 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company has increased by 10.52% at Rs 2503.62  crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 2265.21 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2015.

On consolidated basis, the company has posted a fall of 49.22% in its net profit at Rs 26.40 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2016 as compared to Rs 51.99  crore for the corresponding quarter in the FY15. However, total income of the company increased by 9.68% at Rs 2818.52 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 2569.82 crore for the same quarter ended previous year.

For the year ended March 31, 2016, the company has posted a surge of 99.35% in its net profit at Rs 222.85 crore as compared to Rs 111.79 crore for the same period in the previous year. Total income of company increased by 0.35% at Rs 8521.65 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 8492.01 crore for the period ended March 31, 2015.  

For the year ended March 31, 2016, on the consolidated basis, the company has posted a rise of 105.22% in its net profit at Rs 110.55 crore as compared to Rs 53.87 crore for the same period in the previous year. Total income of company has increased by 0.65% at Rs 9702.11 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 9639.59 crore for the period ended March 31, 2015.
