Indsil Hydro Power and Manganese is planning to take on lease part of the land and the entire plant and Machinery of its subsidiary Sree Mahalakshmi Smelters, subject to approvals, if any, and put it into operation for the production of Ferro Chrome or Silico Manganese. This is pursuant to a decision taken by the Board in its meeting held on May 26, 2016.
Indsil Hydro Power and Manganese is engaged in the generation of electricity from its captive hydro electric power plant in Kerala, India. The company also involves in ferro alloy smelting.
