Gokak Textiles has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 21, 2016 to approve the Audited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter/ Financial year (Six months) ended March 31, 2016 and Consolidated Financial Results for the Financial year (Six months) ended March 31, 2016 along with the Report by Statutory Auditors of the Company. In accordance with the Company’s ‘Code for Prevention of Insider Trading and Code of Corporate Disclosure Practices’, the Trading Window would remain closed from June 14, 2016 and shall open 48 hours after the results are made public.
