Mahabir Metallex has received an approval to take over the housing project of around 2 million square feet named as ‘Gulmohur Vatika’ situated at NH-24, Wave City, Ghaziabad from SVP Builders (India) who have entered into an agreement with Uppal Chadha Hi-Tech Developers, subject to the approval of the shareholders. The company’s board gave the approval for the same its meeting held on June 13, 2016.
