Omaxe has reported 11% rise in its sales bookings at Rs 1,648 crore for FY16 as compared to Rs 1,491 crore for the same period in the previous year. Out of the total sales bookings, housing segment contributed Rs 1,264 crore, while commercial added Rs 384 crore.
In volume terms, the company's sales bookings rose by 14% year on year (Y-o-Y) to 4.89 million square feet during FY16. However, the company’s average sales realisation fell 3% Y-o-Y to Rs 3,372 per square feet in 2015-16 fiscal.
