Pricol zooms on selling 100% stake in Integral Investments for Rs 2.78 crore

Pricol is currently trading at Rs. 81.25, up by 4.40 points or 5.73% from its previous closing of Rs 76.85 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 77.75 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 83.60 and Rs. 77.75 respectively. So far 459198 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 83.60 on 16-Jun-2016 and a 52 week low of Rs. 28.55 on 08-Sep-2015.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 79.90 and Rs. 67.20 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 777.33 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 40.45%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 6.12% and 53.43% respectively.

Pricol has sold its entire shareholding in wholly owned subsidiary company -- Integral Investments for a consideration of Rs 2.78 crore. Subsequent to the aforesaid sale, Integral Investments is no longer a wholly owned subsidiary company of Pricol and no longer a part of Pricol Group.  

Pricol is engaged in the manufacture and export of a complete range of automotive components starting from instrument clusters, dashboard meters, fuel sensors, oil pressure switches, speedometer drive cables, fuel cut off valve, filter suction, etc.
