ITC has acquired 2,26,06,065 Ordinary Shares having no par value of Technico Pty (TPL), a company incorporated in Australia, from Russell Credit, wholly owned subsidiary of the company.
Accordingly, TPL became a wholly owned subsidiary of the company with effect from March 26, 2012.
ITC, a diversified conglomerate has business interests in cigarettes, hotels, paperboards and specialty papers, packaging, agri-business, packaged foods and confectionery, information technology, branded apparel, personal care, stationery, safety matches and other FMCG products.
