With reference to the earlier letter dated June 13, 2016 about the Board Meeting re-scheduled to be held on June 20, 2016 to consider the Audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results for Year ended March 31, 2016, Hubtown has now informed that due to unavoidable circumstances, the said Board Meeting has been further rescheduled to be held on June 22, 2016. In accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Clause 7 of Hubtown Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders, the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company will continue to remain closed from June 13, 2016 to June 24, 2016. The Trading Window will re-open on June 27, 2016.
