Bank of Maharashtra advances on raising Rs 500 crore via bonds

Bank of Maharashtra is currently trading at Rs. 33.25, up by 0.50 points or 1.53% from its previous closing of Rs. 32.75 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 33.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 33.25 and Rs. 32.80 respectively. So far 22939 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B ' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 42.00 on 21-Jul-2015 and a 52 week low of Rs. 26.75 on 12-Feb-2016.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 34.85 and Rs. 30.90 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 3843.82 crore.

Bank of Maharashtra has raised Rs 500 crore by issue of Basel III Compliant Unsecured Redeemable Non-Convertible Tier II Bonds. The bonds have been rated as AA hyb by ICRA and AA by CARE. The Bonds bear the coupon rate of 9.20% p.a.
