Unity Infraprojects bags two orders aggregating Rs 840 crore

Unity Infraprojects has bagged two orders aggregating to Rs 840 crore. The first order is for development and operation of Suratgarh- Sriganganagar Section of NH-15 (Km. 173/000 to Km. 249/200) in the State of Rajasthan through Public Private Partnership on Design, Build, Operate and Transfer basis for a pre-agreed concession period of 11 years from the Chief Engineer, (NH) Public Works Department, Rajasthan, Jaipur. The said project is valued at Rs 330 crore and is to be completed within a period of 18 months.

The second order worth Rs 510 crore is for construction of four-laning of Punjab/ Haryana Border - Jind Section of NH- 71 from Km. 239.00 to Km. 307.00 to be executed as BOT (Toll) basis on BDFOT Pattern under NHDP Phase -III for a pre-agreed concession period of 27 years from by National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) and the said project is to be completed within a period of 910 days.

Unity Infraprojects is one of the largest civil contractors in India. It is the flagship unit of the Mumbai-based KK Group of Companies, which has its interests spread across a wide spectrum of businesses such as concrete block manufacturing, quarrying, hotel and organized retailing industries.
