Shukla & Co., Chartered Accountants, Mumbai have shown their inability to continue as Statutory Auditors of the Company as they are pre-occupied with their other professional commitments and have tendered their resignation as Auditors of the Company. The Company will inform about the appointment of New Statutory Auditors within stipulated time prescribed under the relevant Sections of Companies Act, 2013 subject to approval by Shareholders in ensuing Annual General Meeting.
