Bharat Heavy Electricals (BHEL) has been conferred PSE Excellence Awards 2015 for Human Resource Management Excellence and for R&D, Technology Development & Innovation, in the Maharatna & Navratna CPSEs Category by the Indian Chamber of Commerce (ICC).
