Autoline Industries shines as its arm executes non-binding MOU with Vastushodh Group

Autoline Industries’ subsidiary - Autoline Industrial Parks, has executed a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Sachin Kulkarni Infrastructure (Vastushodh Group) on July 15, 2016 to discuss modalities for developing a Township Project, on approved Special Township Scheme at its 104 Acre land located at Chakan, Pune in state of Maharashtra.

Autoline Industries and Sharjah Cement & Industrial Development Company Sharjah, have signed the MOU in their capacity as majority shareholders of Autoline Industrial Parks.

Autoline Industries is engaged in the manufacturing of auto components especially sheet metal components, sub-assemblies and assemblies. The company currently has a total of 12 manufacturing facilities.
