With reference to the earlier letter regarding outcome of the Board meeting held on July 22, 2016, Emami Infrastructure has now informed that the certified copy of the Order of Hon'ble High Court, Calcutta in the matter of amalgamation of Emami Realty and Emami Rainbow Niketan with the Company has been filed with the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal. Consequent to the above, the Scheme has become effective on July 22, 2016 with effect from the appointed date, that is, April 01, 2015.
