Further, as per the Company’s ‘Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders’ pursuant to the requirements of the SEBI (prohibition of insider trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Insiders covered under the said code from July 29, 2016 to August 08, 2016.
