Triveni Turbine has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, August 04, 2016, to consider and take on record the Un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2016. Further pursuant to the SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in terms of Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the Trading window for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed with effect from July 26, 2016 till 48 hours after the announcement of financial results, both days inclusive.
