Vindhya Telelinks has informed that the next Board Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 11, 2016, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended June 30, 2016. The Quarterly results shall be submitted for a ‘Limited Review’ by the Statutory Auditors of the Company. Further, the Company confirms that as per the Company’s Code of Conduct pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company would remain closed for the designated employees and connected persons covered under the said code of the Company from August 03, 2016 to August 13, 2016.
