Further, the Company has decided that the ‘Trading Window’ of the Company shall remain closed from August 04, 2016 and will re-open 48 hours after the results are made public, in accordance with the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading as adopted by the Company in compliance of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
