Arvind has entered into the premium worsted suiting under the brand ‘Primante’. The company is targeting to capture 10% market share of the overall Rs 2,000 crore market of the worsted suiting segment in India over a period of next 3 years.
The brand Primante is a combination of Australian Merino wool and Italian design, to be sourced from Milan, Italy, and conceptualized by Arvind for the urbane and affluent Indian customers.
Arvind is India’s largest integrated textile player and is one of the oldest and most respected groups in the Textile Business in India. The company is also one of the largest producers of denim fabrics and is supplier to a large number of fashion brands in the world.
