Rane (Madras) has given an unconditional and irrevocable Corporate Guarantee to the bank in connection with the financial facilities in the form of loan(s) extended to its 100% step down subsidiary - Rane Precision Die Casting (RPDC). It is the unconditional and irrevocable guarantee by the company to the bank to guarantee the due payment by RPDC of loans amounting up to $8 million.
