Arvind to raise Rs 900 crore by selling 15% stake in its subsidiary: Report

Arvind is reportedly planning to raise Rs 900 crore by selling around 15% stake in its wholly owned subsidiary Arvind Lifestyle Brands. The company’s management is in the midst of finalizing banks to run a formal fundraise process, which could value its brands and retailing subsidiary.

Arvind is India’s largest integrated textile player and is one of the oldest and most respected groups in the Textile Business in India. The company is also one of the largest producers of denim fabrics and is supplier to a large number of fashion brands in the world.
