Merrill Lynch Capital acquires 2.125 million shares of IVRCL

Foreign fund house Merrill Lynch Capital Markets has bought 2.125 million shares of infrastructure company IVRCL for Rs 15 crore through an open market transcation.

Merrill Lynch Capital Markets Espana SA SVB acquired 21,25,000 equities of IVRCL for Rs 70.83 apiece, valuing the deal to Rs 15 crore. Last week, Merrill Lynch Capital Markets bought 1.6 million shares of IVRCL for Rs 11.83 crore.

IVRCL is engaged into engineering procurement and construction (EPC) activities in India. It conducts operations in 5 sectors namely Water and Environment, Transportation, Buildings, Power and Industrial Structures.
