Bharat Heavy Electricals (BHEL) has reported results for first quarter ended June 30, 2016.
The company has reported 54.21% rise in its net profit at Rs 77.77 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2016 as compared to Rs 50.43 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. The company’s total income increased by 20.84% to Rs 5871.78 crore for the quarter under review from Rs 4858.95 crore for the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
BHEL is India’s largest engineering and manufacturing company of its kind. It is a power plant equipment manufacturer and operates as an engineering and manufacturing company.
