Hindustan Hardy Spicer touches the roof on reporting jump in Q4 net profit

Hindustan is currently trading at Rs. 96.35, up by 8.75 points or 9.99% from its previous closing of Rs. 87.60 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 82.10 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 96.35 and Rs. 82.05 respectively. So far 2128 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 96.35 on 17-Apr-2012 and a 52 week low of Rs. 55.35 on 26-Dec-2011.

The company has posted a rise of 633.33% in its net profit at Rs 0.44 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2012 as compared to Rs 0.06 crore for the same quarter in the previous year.   Total income has increased by 29.20% at Rs 15.84 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 12.26 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2011.
