Batliboi has informed that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company will remain closed from September 20, 2016 to October 27, 2016 to consider Un-Audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2016 for all the Directors and Designated personnel as defined in the Batliboi code of conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading. The Trading Window shall remain open from October 28, 2016 onwards.
