With reference to the earlier announcement dated June 15, 2016 about the temporary shut-down at the Company’s Goa Unit located at St. Jose De Areal, Salcete-Goa, Goa Carbon has now informed that the operations at the aforesaid unit have since resumed from September 21, 2016. There would not be any financial impact due to the temporary shutdown of the Company’s Goa Unit on account of sufficient inventory of finished material.
