Further, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company will remain closed for all connected persons from October 10, 2016 to October 19, 2016 (both days inclusive) and the same will reopen on October 20, 2016.
