Smartlink Network Systems has concluded the sale of its business to its wholly owned subsidiaries (WOS) namely ‘Digisol Systems’ and ‘Synegra EMS’ on October 10, 2016 pursuant to the terms of Business Transfer Agreement signed between them on September 24, 2016. The company has recently made an investment of Rs 1 crore each in ‘Digisol Systems’ and ‘Synegra EMS’. Both subsidiaries are in same line of business as Smartlink Network.
Smartlink Network Systems is engaged in the business of designing, manufacturing and marketing of advanced networking, broadband, digital, voice and data communications solutions. Company caters the global networking and connectivity needs of digital home consumers, small office professionals, small- to medium-sized businesses, and enterprise environments.
