Amarjothi Spinning Mills has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors the Company will be held on October 26, 2016, to consider and take on record the un-audited financial results of the Company for the Quarter ended September 30, 2016. Further, the Company has decided that the close period (i.e. closure of trading window) under the ‘Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders’ would commence from 6.00 p.m. on October 14, 2016 and end of 48 hours after the results are made public on October 26, 2016.
