Bodal Chemicals has sold its Unit - V situated at G.I.D.C., Ankleshwar, Bharuch district in state of Gujarat to Makxan Products for Rs 5.31 crore. The agreement for sale has been entered in third week of October and the expected date of completion will be within one month from date of execution of agreement.
The revenue of the Unit- V of the company during the last financial year was NIL and the Unit - V has been shut from last 4 years. Unit - V is ideal assets of the company which is not used by the company and hence, the company has sold it.
