Fiberweb India has informed that the Company’s Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading framed and adopted in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing with the securities of the Company shall remain closed for Directors and other Employees covered under the Code from the closure of business hours of October 25, 2016 to the closure of business hours of November 04, 2016. This closure of the Trading Window has been occasioned by reason of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, which is scheduled to be held on November 03, 2016, to discuss and consider the items as per agenda.
