With reference to the earlier letter dated October 29, 2016, Rupa & Company has now informed that the Board has appointed, Singhi & Co., Chartered Accountants (the Branch Auditors for the Tirupur Unit of the Company), as the Statutory Auditors of the Company with effect from November 02, 2016, to hold office till the next Annual General Meeting of the Company for the Financial Year 2016-17. Further, the said appointment is subject to approval of the shareholders.
