Cosmo Films, a manufacturer of bi-axially oriented polypropylene (BOPP), has liquidated its Netherlands-based unit Cosmo Films (Netherlands). Cosmo Films (Netherlands) Cooperatief UA, a wholly-owned step-down entity of CF Global Holding Mauritius, stands liquidated with effective from October 28, 2016. CF Global Holding Mauritius is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cosmo Films. Pursuant to this liquidation, there is no impact on shareholding of Cosmo Films.
Cosmo Films is engaged in the production of Wet Laminating, Printing and Pouching, Label Films, Soap Wrap Films, Over Wrap Films, Tape & Textile and Thermal Laminating Film for Graphic Finishing.
